I'm Shelley, a proud Stokie and adopted scouser currently travelling in the Veneto region of Italy.
I'm an illustrator specialising in children's picture books, designing products and colourful murals.

​My inspiration comes from a huge passion to travel and explore new places. 
My work is intricate and I love incorporating pattern. I predominantly use watercolour, crayon, pencil and sometimes collage materials in my work. Every illustration is hand drawn and I like to build layers within my work through combining media, colour and mark making.

 I have a degree in Graphic Arts and Illustration from LJMU and a Masters degree in Children's Book Illustration from UCLAN.
I'm a qualified Early Years Professional and launched my freelance business in 2012 with support from the Enterprise Fellowship Programme for entrepreneurs at LJMU.
